Well, After almost 3 hours of partying, Henry's party has officially came to an end.

Also, October 31st 2008 is the day that Pandanda Beta launched, that means their one year old!! AltoBhai wished them a Happy Birthday.

Pumpkin Head Item and Halloween Stage!

Today Pandanda released a new Free Item .... a Pumpkin Head! But the item's hidden. These are the steps you can take to get it :-

• Go to Misty Hills
• Enter the Haunted House
• When you're in the Parlour, click on the candle to the left of the Painting in the middle of the room.
  

• The Candle should turn, and this message should pop up :-
  

The message confirms that the Pumpkin Head has been added to your backpack

Also the stage in the east market has now been changed into a Halloween Stage!

Halloween Free items, Decorations, Parties and Pets! :D

Today Mr.Elmhurt got Halloween items from Trixie Trimble ! The items include an eyeball T-Shirt (Clothing Item) and 3 Pumpkins ( Furniture Items ).
These are the steps to get the items :-

• Go to the West Market
• Click on Mr.Elmhurst in the left bottom corner of your screen
• Click 'Buy Items'. This message should pop up and you can buy the items :-

Henry also updated his blog today and reminded us about the upcoming Mega Halloween Party and Several updates mentioned above. This is what he said :-

Happy Halloween Panda Ghosts and Goblins,

Lots of things to tell you this evening including tips on caring for your pet, new Halloween items that everyone can buy, and our Mega Halloween Party on Saturday.

Caring for pets:

If you have been caring for your Dragon eggs, pretty soon your egg will completely hatch. Here are some additional hints and tips for caring for your new Pet. Once your Dragon has hatched (OMG they are so cute! ) you will need to feed it and walk it to build up its strength and ensure it stays happy. Then after the excitement of being out and about, you will want to make sure it gets plenty of rest.

If you look at the Dragon’s pet card you will see the levels for happiness, rest and strength. You will also see the levels of ability your dragon has. Newly hatched Dragons will be able to eat, rest and go for walks.

Over time with exercise, food and love, your Dragon will develop the ability to jump on command, dance, fly and eventually even breathe fire. But you must care for it – it will go hungry if you don’t check in on it often. Feeding your pet Flint Nibbles before it can breathe fire will cause them to burp smoke only (but hey, at least they are trying!)

Mr. Elmhurst on West Market Street just got in a shipment of Halloween items that everyone can buy, including an enchanted T-Shirt from Trixie Trimble. He'll only be selling them for a limited time so check it out while you can.

Party This Saturday!

This Saturday we will be having our Mega Halloween Party. Every Panda who attends will get a free, super Halloween item. But there’s more…there will also be a random drawing give away of an Elite Membership for one lucky Panda who is attending the party. (More details tomorrow and regular contest rules apply.) I will be attending the Party at noon Pacific Daylight Saving Time, and I’ve included a table of times from around the world below so everyone will know what time that is. We’ll also be taking additional pictures to add to our Historic Launch Week picture collection. I can’t wait and you won’t want to miss it.

Dragon eggs hatch!

The dragon eggs bought on the 24th began to hatch yesterday and today they have hatched and we can see our Dragons' eye pop out of the shell. This is what it looks like :-

The Player Card Drawing Contest!

A few Days ago Henry gave us a sneak peek of an upcoming Player Card Contest Contest. Today the contest officially started and Henry announced it on his blog. This is what he had to say :-

Hi Pandas,

Today I'm super excited to kick off our latest contest - the Player Card Drawing Contest.

This contest is to design and submit a drawing of a player card background using the template provided. We are leaving the theme open so that you can draw anything you think would make a great background, while still following the rules of course. Your original drawing can be hand drawn or created on a computer. The entry however must be emailed to us in the format of a digital image (in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, pdf, png).

Hand drawn images will need to be scanned into your computer or turned into a digital picture using a digital camera so they can be emailed to us.

Prizes:

There will be one Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize winner will have their design turned into an actual player card background by our graphic artists to be used in the game. The _really_ cool part is that the winning design will feature the winning Panda's name on the card - which could even make your Panda pretty famous - who knows? The winner will be announced on Saturday November 7th in my blog and the new Player Card Background will be freely given away to every Panda during the following week. We recommend you use the template as it shows the placement of where the Panda image shows up on top of the Player Card and how it will cover the design.


To submit your drawing (have your parent or guardian help you):

1. Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to review them with you, along with our website terms of use specifically with regard to the use of submissions you send to us.
2. Ask your parent or guardian to email your drawing to contest@pandanda.com from their email address, the one they used when they signed you up for Pandanda.
3. Type the words "Player Card Drawing Contest" in the subject line of the email.
4. Type your Panda name in the text of the email for example "Panda Name: Paige."
5. Do NOT include your real name, house address or phone number.
6. Email your entry to Pandanda to receive it no later than Friday, November 6th at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Pandanda Frozen Glitch

Update : Glitch has been fixed

Update : You can also unfreeze yourself by using a potion. And you will also unfreeze if you go back to Misty Hills and play Ghost Hunt. (Thanks kiwinator and Lulu for the info)

If you wander around Pandanda you might see some pandas in rooms other than Misty Hills that are frozen. This is how you too can do this :-

• Go to Misty Hills
• Play Ghost Hunt and get frozen
  

• Then quickly click on your map and go to a different location
  

When you get there your panda will still be frozen and unable to move. But you will be able to chat while being frozen and your panda will not get unfrozen untill you log of. This is my panda frozen :P :-

Blue Launch Shirt?

UPDATE: Henry said that the blue shirts were just a glitch, it was originally the blue beta shirt, but the glitch made it appear "akward"

Ok, So many of you asked us how to get the Blue Launch Shirt. Well, Im not sure, I dont have it. But this is what I think:

If you meet Henry he is giving them away.

But get this, Everyone who I saw with the shirt, had a blue shirt background, like this:

Hmm... Is Henry giving away a Blue Shirt, and a Blue Shirt Background?

Also, I haven't seen any, but there has been some rumors that their is a purple launch shirt, and a red launch shirt too.

Go Inside the Pet Shop. It looks pretty Cool Inside, but it's really crowded.

Pandanda Updates Old Things!

Woah! Lots of Things Updated!

Fishy Joe got a new hat!

The Games Menu is Updated:

Before You Start thinking there's a lot of new games, Pandanda Added the Multilayer games: Line Four and Pen the Pig, and they added Bunny Chase.

The only new game is "Goasts on Misty Hill" For more info on that, click here

Also now our Player Cards look different. This is hour own player card should look like now :-


The 'Most played game' and the ' Guests' botton have been removed. Also if you are an elite then an elite sign will appear on your card. Also the card now shows how many Friends you have!
