Pandanda Server Update!

The Pandanda Server 'Palm' used to be an exclusive level server, for those who achieved enough PandaPower to be level 5 or above.

Now, with an update, Palm is currently exclusively for Level 10 Quester's and above!! :D

Thats Great! Now the Level is a lot more exclusive!! :D
