New free item... a Bat Mask

*** Update *** Cedar has been added back! It seems like it's only temporary though. We'll have to wait and see. As or those of you who have been asking where the MEGA Halloween Party will be, it will start on Willow and will cross all the servers. So if you are on a different server then dont worry, the Party will reach you eventually!
